تصحيح وتعديل ثلاثة مستندات وورد

I have 3 word documents includes formats need to be aligned and adjusted to be in formal way to be used in the hospital setting Please can the formatting be changed so that all documents have the same look / feel / layout etc... Please remove block capitals where it is not required grammatically Kindly make all documents look the same in a table form like the PDF document Replace squares with Y N options We can have a teams or zoom meeting to have them done in the same time thanks
