My name is Beshoy Naseef, and I am a chemical engineer graduated in 2021. I live in Egypt and I am 25 years old. I joined the armed forces and served as an engineering officer during my military service from 2022 until April 2024. During my college years, I worked in the tourism industry and in the manufacturing of detergents and cosmetics. In the tourism sector, I managed a social media page where I marketed special offers that I secured by networking with representatives from various hotels. I worked to attract customers by offering them unique deals and expanding my client base through attentive customer service throughout their trips. By addressing issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction with even the smallest details, I successfully increased the number of clients. I also ventured into the manufacturing of detergents and cosmetics as a private business. I procured raw materials and packaging, consulted various industry references and research, and started production. I focused on marketing the products and gathering customer feedback to improve and modify them according to their preferences, thereby expanding my client base. Currently, I work as a paint engineer at Kiriazi Engineering Industries.
