I conducted semi-structured interviews with car owners I made an affinity diagram to organize interview notes, and came up with key findings describing the user's problems I used HMW technique for features ideation, and Value vs Complexity for prioritization I made a user flow diagram to define the main flow and tasks I designed the app screens and a style guide with Figma to get a Hi-Fi prototype I conducted an unmoderated usability test using Lookback to validate the user flow
