Health Care No one can deny that , your health is very important and we should take care of it . All of us must have a diet to be healthier . We shouldn’t eat much food that contains lots of carbohydrates . We should also eat in small dishes because it can make you feel that you ate a great quantity . However , in reality you ate tiny quantity of food . We should eat food that is cooked at home because it is healthier than food in restaurants . The food in restaurants contains a lot of fats and it may be not clean . All of us should eat s variety of food that contains a lot of different nutrients. We should have 3 meals a day . All of us must avoid eating before sleeping to avoid overweight. You should avoid drinking alcoholic drinks. Diet isn’t the only way to be healthy. You should do sports regularly. You should spend your free time doing sports. If you are old , you can go for walk daily because walking is a good sport that can help you be fit and healthy. You can participate in sports competitions . You can join into a gym . You can strengthen your muscles. You also should make the following . You should stop smoking . You should take care of psychological health . You should sleep well , you should sleep at least 6 hours . You should check up your health at least yearly . In conclusion , what I am trying to say is that , our healthes are crowns on our heads so we should take care of them . If you neglected your health , you may regret tommorow.
