1. Project Overview MediFlow is a web-based management solution designed to digitize and streamline the administrative and clinical operations of a medical center. Developed using PHP and MySQL, the system transitions traditional paper-based record-keeping into a secure, centralized digital platform, improving data accuracy and patient care efficiency. 2. Key Features Patient Records Management: Automated CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations for digital health records, including personal details and medical history. Appointment Scheduling System: A dynamic module to book, reschedule, or cancel consultations, preventing double-bookings and optimizing clinic workflow. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Secure authentication and authorization levels for Administrators, Doctors, and Receptionists to ensure data privacy. Centralized Database: A normalized relational database architecture (SQL) ensuring data integrity and efficient information retrieval. Responsive Dashboard: A user-friendly interface built with Bootstrap to provide real-time statistics and quick navigation across devices. 3.
