• Architected and led the development of a full-scale Gym Management and Training platform using Flutter, designed for scalability and enterprise-level usage. • Designed a modular, clean architecture with clear separation of concerns, ensuring maintainability, testability, and long-term extensibility. • Implemented a centralized Home Dashboard aggregating training rooms, users, staff, coaches, real-time notifications, and QR-based membership onboarding • Engineered an advanced Workout Management system including video/image-based exercises, customized training plans, workout history persistence (sets, reps), and personal notes tracking. • Integrated camera-based workout monitoring features to support training follow-ups and performance analysis. • Developed Subscriptions and Store modules supporting membership tiers, product management, purchase flows, and automated subscription notifications. • Delivered a complete Authentication & User Management lifecycle (Splash, Sign Up, Login, Profile, Settings, secure logout, password recovery). • Focused on high-performance UI/UX, responsive layouts, smooth navigation flows, and optimized state handling. • Applied advanced state management and API integration strategies, ensuring reliable data synchronization and production-ready stability. • Technologies: Flutter, Dart, Bloc / Provider, Clean Architecture, REST APIs, Firebase, Secure Storage, Responsive UI.
