Crime Management System

Developed a comprehensive Crime Management System using Java and JavaFX to streamline criminal case management for law enforcement agencies. The system allows for efficient tracking of cases, suspects, victims, witnesses, and evidence, with role-based access for admins, officers, and managers. Key features include: Case Management: Create, update, and track criminal cases with unique CaseIDs. Evidence Tracking: Add, update, and remove evidence linked to specific cases. Criminal Profiling: Calculate danger levels (High, Moderate, Low) based on crimes committed. User Roles: Admins manage system-wide operations, officers handle case details, and managers oversee case assignments. File Handling: Persistent storage of data using file I/O operations. Built with object-oriented principles, the system features modular classes for citizens, officers, criminals, and cases, ensuring scalability and maintainability. The JavaFX-based UI provides an intuitive interface for seamless navigation and data management. This project enhanced my skills in Java backend development, data management, and UI design, while addressing real-world challenges in law enforcement workflows.
