Hospital Managment System

I developed a Hospital Management System called "Medixo" using React.js to help manage patient and doctor information efficiently within a healthcare environment. The system provides a modern and user-friendly interface where doctors can manage patients, update their medical records, and search for patient information quickly. It also includes a doctors directory that allows users to browse available doctors and their specialties. The application includes several features such as a login portal, doctor dashboard, patient management system, patient information modal, and a doctors directory. The system displays important patient data such as name, age, phone number, diagnosis, assigned doctor, specialty, and city. In addition to the development, I also designed the Medixo logo and the overall user interface to create a clean and professional medical platform. The project was built using React.js with a responsive and modern design to ensure a smooth user experience across different devices. The code structure is organized and scalable to support future improvements and additional features.
