Import the database: * Open `phpMyAdmin` and create a new database, e.g., `expenses_db`. * Import the provided SQL file (if any). 4. Update database config: ```php // includes/config.php $host = 'localhost'; $dbname = 'expenses_db'; $username = 'root'; $password = ''; ``` 5.
