Sales Performance & Workforce Optimization Report

In this project, I transformed raw sales data into a strategic decision-making tool to help a company optimize its workforce and reduce operational costs. I managed the entire data pipeline from cleaning to advanced visualization. ​What I did: ​Data Engineering & Cleaning: Structured and cleaned complex datasets, resolving schema inconsistencies and ensuring data integrity for 7 related tables. ​Advanced Data Modeling: Built a robust relational Data Model in Power Pivot, connecting Customers, Orders, Employees, and Products for seamless analysis. ​Financial DAX Calculations: Developed custom DAX measures to calculate Net Sales after discounts and KPIs like "Revenue per Order" to measure true employee efficiency. ​Strategic Insights: Identified top performers and provided a data-backed recommendation for workforce downsizing by identifying the least financially efficient employees. ​Interactive Visualization: Designed a professional dashboard with dynamic charts and Slicers for real-time trend monitoring and filtering.
