اسم المشروع: Popsy – تطبيق تجارة إلكترونية للإلكترونيات المُجددة المنصة: أندرويد (Flutter) الدور: مطوّر Flutter أساسي / المسؤول الكامل عن التطبيق نظرة عامة: Popsy هو تطبيق تجارة إلكترونية واسع النطاق متخصص في بيع الإلكترونيات المُجددة. يتيح التطبيق تصفح المنتجات، عرض التفاصيل، سلة المشتريات، الدفع، تتبع الطلبات، والتفاعل مع المستخدم بعد الشراء. كنت مسؤولًا عن التطبيق بالكامل من حيث التصميم المعماري، التطوير، التحسين، والإطلاق. المهام والمساهمات الرئيسية: تصميم وتطوير التطبيق باستخدام Flutter بهندسة قابلة للتوسع وجاهزة للإنتاج. امتلاك دورة حياة التطبيق بالكامل (End-to-End Ownership). تنفيذ تدفقات تجارة إلكترونية معقدة (المنتجات، التفاصيل، السلة، الدفع، تتبع الطلبات). دمج خدمات Firebase (Analytics، Crashlytics، Remote Config، الإشعارات). تحسين الاستقرار وتقليل الأعطال بشكل كبير. تطبيق مبادئ Clean Architecture وإدارة الحالة ومكونات واجهة قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام. ربط التطبيق مع واجهات برمجية (REST APIs) والتعامل مع سيناريوهات حقيقية للتجارة الإلكترونية. إعداد وصيانة CI/CD للنشر السريع والموثوق. تحسين الأداء وتجربة المستخدم. الأثر: وصول التطبيق إلى ملايين التحميلات على Google Play. استخدام فعلي من قاعدة مستخدمين كبيرة في بيئة الإنتاج. خبرة قوية في بناء وتوسيع تطبيقات Flutter للتجارة الإلكترونية على نطاق واسع. ----- English ----- Project Name: Popsy – Refurbished Electronics E-Commerce App Platform: Android (Flutter) Role: Lead Flutter Developer / Sole Owner Project Overview: Popsy is a large-scale e-commerce mobile application focused on selling refurbished electronics. The app supports browsing products, detailed product pages, cart and checkout flows, order tracking, and post-purchase user interactions. I owned the application end-to-end, from architecture and development to optimization and production releases. Key Responsibilities & Contributions: Designed and developed the app using Flutter with a scalable, production-ready architecture. Full ownership of the app lifecycle: feature development, refactoring, bug fixing, and store releases. Built complex e-commerce flows (product listing, product details, cart, checkout, order tracking). Integrated Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Push Notifications). Improved app stability and performance, achieving a major reduction in crash rate. Implemented clean architecture, state management, and reusable UI components. Integrated REST APIs and handled edge cases for real-world commerce scenarios. Set up and maintained CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments. Worked on performance optimization, memory usage, and smooth UI interactions. Impact: Application reached millions of downloads on Google Play. Used in production by a large, active user base. Demonstrates strong experience delivering and scaling real-world e-commerce Flutter apps.
