This project was conducted during my internship at InnerWin, a consultancy and training company in Egypt. The project focused on analyzing two main areas to support better business and marketing decisions. The first part of the project was a competitor analysis. I analyzed training academies in the Egyptian market that offer courses similar to InnerWin, such as Data Analysis, Sales, Leadership, and soft skills. The comparison focused on course pricing, duration (number of hours), content, and certifications. The goal was to understand InnerWin’s position in the market and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness. The second part of the project was a marketing campaign analysis. I analyzed the performance of around 50 marketing campaigns by tracking key metrics such as number of inquiries, calls, bookings, and conversion rates. The analysis showed that Data Analysis, Sales, and First-Time Manager courses achieved the highest engagement. However, despite generating a high number of leads, the overall conversion rate remained relatively low, highlighting the need for better follow-up and conversion strategies. Overall, this project provided valuable insights into market competition, customer interest, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement, helping InnerWin enhance its training offerings and marketing performance.
