Sallah call center Performance Dashboard

I built a Power BI dashboard for Salah Call Center covering Feb–Apr data. I combined the three CSVs in Power Query, cleaned duplicates/missing values, and built a proper model with a Calendar table linked by Date. Key DAX measures included Total Calls Offered/Handled, Abandonment Rate, Efficiency, Avg ASA, and Agent Answer Time. The dashboard has three pages: Home, Overview, and Agent Performance, giving clear insights into call volume, trends, and agent efficiency.
