Pathify is a UX research case study focused on helping users navigate and choose clearer educational and career paths. This project explores the discovery and research phase, starting from understanding the problem to transforming user insights into structured design decisions. Our process included user surveys, user interviews, data analysis, empathy mapping, and building research-based personas to ensure a truly user-centered approach. This case study highlights the importance of UX research as the foundation for meaningful and effective design solutions.
