Inventory Optimization Power BI Dashboard – Project Description

This dashboard provides a clear and strategic view of inventory performance across multiple product lines, helping the business maintain optimal stock levels and reduce carrying costs. I developed the dashboard by integrating inventory, sales, and supplier data, then modeling it to expose trends in stock movement, demand patterns, and replenishment cycles.
