Developed a comprehensive Sales & Product Data Analysis Dashboard using SQL and Power BI. The project involved designing a data warehouse with Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers to ensure data quality and consistency. Sales data was modeled into fact and dimension tables, enabling detailed analysis of customer purchases, product performance, and regional trends.
The dashboard highlights key KPIs including total revenue, sales growth, product mix, customer segmentation, and regional performance, providing clear insights to support decision-making. Actionable recommendations were derived to optimize product strategies, identify top-performing regions, and improve overall sales outcomes.
