Designed a mobile app to digitize veterinary clinic operations, replacing paper-based systems. The app enables pet owners to book appointments, track medical history, and get reminders, while staff can manage cases, inventory, and schedules. My role included UX research, UI design, and prototyping, resulting in improved efficiency and user experience.
