I’m ready to launch a web-based marketplace that lets companies and individuals both hire and get hired in minutes. In this first release—due within a month—I need the three core flows working seamlessly:
• Clients can hire a freelancer instantly from a profile
• Clients can post a project and gather tailored proposals
• Freelancers can browse the board and submit proposals of their own
Once those pillars are in place, the site must also showcase my in-house B2B offerings: Azure & Microsoft consulting, IT SLA management, XAAS-IT, Electrical-as-a-Service (concept stage), plus HR advisory and project-management-as-a-service. Simple, content-manageable pages are enough for this phase.
Tech and feature expectations
• Modern, secure stack—React/Vue with Node/Laravel/Django, or a proven white-label platform if you already have one
• User registration, profile management, skill tagging, search, rating/reviews and messaging
• Escrow-style payment flow and basic dispute tools
• Admin panel to approve listings, release funds, and edit B2B pages
• Documentation, Git repo, and deployment guide for an Azure environment (preferred)
