Luxero is a travel booking platform that lets users negotiate prices directly with hosts in a secure, transparent environment. I led the UX design, creating user personas, empathy maps, and booking flows tailored to budget-conscious families. I analyzed competitors (Booking.com, Airbnb, Turo) and built a SWOT analysis of theses competitors to assess usability, trust, and differentiation. The final design delivers a seamless experience that empowers travelers and hosts with flexible control and clear communication.
