Objective: To create a dynamic, dual-language (Arabic-English interface) business intelligence dashboard to monitor and analyze sales performance across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The goal was to provide a centralized tool for leadership to track key metrics, understand customer behavior, and optimize logistics. Key Features: Executive KPIs: High-level scorecards display critical business metrics, including total sales (14.92M), order quantity (215K), and average shipping cost (12.84). Sales Analysis: Interactive charts break down sales performance by order priority and customer segment, revealing that the "Company" segment accounts for the largest share of sales (36.87%). Logistics Optimization: Visualizations compare shipping costs across different methods (Air, Ground), providing insights for cost-saving opportunities. Geospatial & Temporal Filtering: The dashboard includes an interactive map of the MENA region and slicers for year, country, and customer type, allowing for in-depth, granular analysis of market performance. Impact: This dashboard successfully consolidated complex sales and shipping data into an intuitive visual format. It empowers stakeholders to identify top-performing markets, understand the most profitable customer segments, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales strategy and logistical efficiency.
