Developed churn prediction models achieving ~85% accuracy using KNN, SVM, and Neural Networks.Analyzed dataset of 10,000+ customers, identifying key features correlated with churn. -The aim of the project was to understand why customers leave and predict churn to help businesses improve retention. -The work included data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering. -Built and evaluated machine learning models (e.g., KNN, SVM, Neural Networks) to predict churn. Created visual dashboards to highlight correlations, distributions, and churn patterns, showcasing my skills in data analysis, visualization, and predictive modeling.
