Local gym : As a new opening gym, We need to increase the gym awareness in the area it serves, generating qualified leads about whom are interested in entering gym in the upcoming period. Strategy/plan: Market research to know our competitors in the area and how they market themselves, put their pricing, and what they provide. Start by concentrating on social media presence by: Creating iInstagramTikTok pages and generating organic content about the gym, coaches, machines, and workouts. (that will help build a relationship between the audience and the gym) doing interactive posts/reels to construct the customer loyality by showing that they are our concentration point. doing questionnaires to see what they are looking for in their dream gym (We already know some of their needs in the market research part). what to do next? Building curiosity and interests by creating campaigns before the opening. providing discounts for first clients + additional discounts for those who fill the form. providing special bundles for the grand poening. Our target persons are people in the area the gym is going to open aged 16-35 both genders also adding other audience for both genders aged 35+ with special creatives and hocks . budget planning : At first we concentrate on engagement campaign while less concentration on lead campaign (70%-30%) after the opening we can change it to (30%-70%)
