Developed a department management system integrated with ERP APIs. The system supports departments, sub-departments, and sections, with users able to upload reports against specific criterions. Admins can manage hierarchy, track reports, and monitor performance. Analytics are provided to calculate performance scores for each department based on uploaded reports, displayed visually for better decision-making.
