I was hired to analyze and visualize customer data for a retail business using Excel and Power BI. The client needed to track key metrics related to customer behavior, purchase trends, and retention performance. My role included cleaning and structuring large data sets, calculating KPIs (such as total sales per customer, frequency, average order value), and designing a professional dashboard to visualize these insights. The dashboard allowed the client to filter by time period, location, and customer segment to make data-driven decisions and improve customer retention strategies.
