Star Schema Data Modeling – Superstore Sales Designed and implemented a Star Schema to optimize querying and reporting for the Superstore Sales dataset. Created a Fact Table (Fact_Sales) to store transactional data, including sales amount, quantity, discount, and profit. Developed Dimension Tables (Dim_Customers, Dim_Products, Dim_ShipModes, Dim_Dates) to enable efficient filtering, grouping, and trend analysis. Ensured data integrity and optimized performance for BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) by reducing complex joins and improving query speed. Enhanced sales analysis, customer segmentation, and forecasting through a well-structured data model.
