Property managers can use the system to add new properties, track tenant information, and manage lease terms, while tenants can log in to view their lease details, make rent payments, and report maintenance issues. The system will feature role-based user authentication, ensuring different access levels for property managers and tenants. Key Features: Property Management: Property managers can add, update, and manage property details, such as location, size, price, and availability. Tenant Management: The system allows property managers to store and manage tenant information, including personal details, lease terms, and payment history. Lease Agreements: Managers can create, modify, and terminate lease agreements, ensuring that lease terms are tracked accurately. Rent Payments: Tenants can securely make online rent payments, and the system tracks payment history and outstanding amounts. Reporting and Analytics: Property managers can generate financial reports, track rent payments, and view tenant activity.
